This is the absolute best company to call if you need any exterminator services. I called them in a panic because I heard scratching in the ceiling/ attic. Fawn was an excellent customer rep sensing my upset at the thought of mice living in my home/attic and had the owner Nick and a field exterminator out within hours to assess the situation!! This is clearly above and beyond!! Dylan was the exterminator assigned. I think that good employees are very hard to find, and well, he’s a great / excellent one- he was informative, respectful, and determined to take care of the problem- he was on time, made sure he left everything clean when he left each day, AND cheerful about his job!! He Never complained, he worked very hard and I cannot think of a better company to have addressed my needs. I’m now mouse-free and signed up for bimonthly service for insects as well. Bonus is this is a local owned family company to the SCV!!
